Dearest Henry,
Here is a picture of both sets of grandparents. Your grandma and grandpa are your Daddy's momma and daddy and Diva and Poppa are your sweet Mommy's parents. Here are 4 people all together who love you more than you will ever know. The four of us make up your cheering squad and we love seeing pictures of you and your brothers.
Your grandma Marie will tell you all kind of stories about your Daddy and what he was like growing up as a little brother just like you. She will probably even tell you about times when your Daddy was naughty...can you believe that? Your grandpa has lots of old cars, trucks and tractors to tinker with and a brand new work shop. I bet he will let you help him with some of his projects.
Poppa will tell you lots of stories about your sweet Mommy. He used to call her "Button" because she was so small. Your Mommy had a temper even though she was a tiny little girl. Her very first sentence was, "I tell Mom". Diva has lots of stories about baby Mommy too.
The four of us like each other and are crazy about our boys. We pray for you every single day and love your hugs and kisses. Whenever you are lonely, angry or scared just remember we are always praying for you and expect the very best God has in store for you.
Love you to the Moon and back again,
Your Diva

Cozy Cousins
Hey Sweet Boy....
This is one of Diva's favorite pictures. Cousin Emma got to spend some time with her favorite Tennessee boy cousins. You liked playing with Emma's toys, dolls and My Little Ponies. All of you enjoyed the wading pool in the back yard since it was so hot.
You don't get to see Emma very often so it is always lots of fun when you do. Poppa and Diva love having all our grandchildren together. From all the smiles and laughter I think all of you enjoy being together.
Poppa and I pray that you will always enjoy Emma and look forward to her visits. This picture makes Diva smile too.
This was the breeding zoo that we went to. You and your cousins got to feed the giraffes Auntie Becky and Uncle Jerry were there along with Diva and Poppa. You liked the animals.
We are looking forward to many more adventures with you and your sweet Mommy and Daddy.
We miss you.

Happy 4th of July with Cousin Emma
Hey Little Fire Cracker.....
Today is Independence Day. We celebrate it every year with fire works, sparklers, parades, picnics, and family. This is your Canadian Cousin Emma's first celebration of American Independence Day in America. Diva and Poppa love having all the grandchildren and families together. Your sweet Mommy was trying to get a picture of all of us in our red, white, and blue clothing. This was the last picture she took and smart Mommy got lots of smiles when she said, "Ok, everybody say Donut". Look at the smiles all around you. You may have noticed you don't look very happy sitting in Poppa's lap. You wanted to get down and go get a donut. Silly boy!
Your Daddy is a great grill master and grilled hotdogs and hamburgers. You got to sit at the kids table with all the big kids. We also had corn on the cob which was a big favorite with you.
Your daring Daddy bought fireworks to shoot off in the back yard. They were really loud and I thought you might be scared....but not you. I got to hold you in my lap just because you are very curious and like to touch the fireworks and could get hurt. Actually I think you helped Diva not to be so jumpy with all the loud noises. My brave Henry!
Mommy made sure you had some "sparkles" for you to wave while Emma and the brothers were playing with sparklers. You would giggle and wave your red, white and blue sparkles and I would clap my hands for you.
This is my favorite picture of the day. Thank you for letting me and Poppa join you for all the fun.
Poppa and Diva love to watch you grow and spend special celebrations with you. You and your brothers add the sparkle in our Independence Day . God Bless America and God Bless my smallest fire cracker.....Henry.

Handy Henry
Dear Henry,
I love this picture of you because you want to be just like your Daddy. All of your brothers loved watching Handy Manny so the shirt is perfect for a Bomgardner Boy.
You are very fortunate to have a Daddy who knows how to build. He will teach you all kind of skills. You like being Daddy's Helper.
All you need is a hard hat and you are all set to build.
Know we love you so very much. I love your smiles.
We pray for you each and every day.

White Tee Shirt Club
The Bomgardner Men like to wear white tee shirts when they sleep with pajama drawstrings pants. We had to laugh one morning when Poppa got up and all of you were wearing a white tee shirt. Great minds think a like. Diva loves her guys so much. Good Morning my loves. Make it a good one! Know that you are all prayed up for the day.

Happy First Birthday
Happy First Birthday big boy. Here is your smash cake. It is a small cake that you are allowed to eat with your hands and make a big mess. You have never really had cake so we are not sure if you will like it or not. You and I practiced blowing out the candle. I would ask you how old is Henry? You would hold up one finger and then we would pretend it was a lit candle and we would practice blowing it out.

Your very sweet Mommy is a wonderful party planner and decided your birthday needed a theme. The theme was "Times Flies" she dressed you up like an airplane pilot and took your picture in front of the map. Just look how cute you are. The jacket you are wearing is the very first thing your Poppa bought your brother Oscar when he first heard that your Mommy was pregnant. You are the third handsome Bomgardner boy to wear it. Every time Poppa sees this jacket he reminds me that he bought that for you and your brothers.
Your incredible Mommy took pictures of you every month this year and made a banner of your cute face with a party hat on your head. We could tell how much you had grown and changed month by month. Your brothers and I would look at all the pictures and Oscar would say, I like number 4 best. Charlie would say, liked number 8 best. I would say, " I like them all best." Oscar would sigh, and say, "Silly Diva you can't like them all best you have to choose one."
One game we played with your friends was pin the propeller on the plane. Daddy drew the plane and Poppa and Diva colored it. Poppa's idea was to put pictures of you and your brothers inside the plane. I think it turned out really cute. We put a
blindfold on each person, spun them around and then they put the propeller on the paper . As you can see some one actually got it in the right place.
Here's a picture of your whole family in a balloon basket. I think it turned out really cute. Do you know how hard it is to get every one looking at silly Diva so Poppa could take the picture.
We had a great time at your birthday Henry. Mommy made all kinds of wonderful food that was airplane related and even had clever names on all of them.I helped with the food and games.
Thanks for letting us come to
your very first birthday party.

My Mac and Cheese Boy
Dear Henry....
You are growing up so quickly now. You can feed yourself and you have definite likes and dislikes. Your Mommy calls you her Mac and Cheese boy because you like it a lot (so does Charlie!)
Your Daddy found out that you like beef jerky and spicy food. He gave you some spicy Cheetos with peppers in them thinking you would spit them out but you surprised everyone and ate them and asked for more.
You like to share Diva's yogurt in the morning. I usually make sure I have two spoons. One for you because you will come sit in my lap and open your mouth like a baby bird for Diva's yogurt.
You seem to really like men so it has been nice that you want Poppa to feed you or sit with you while you are eating. You call us ( Diva/Poppa ) one word for both. You adore your brothers and try to do everything they do which is frustrating for the bigger boys when they are trying to build.
I am amazed by your blonde hair and your sweet smile. We love you so very much.
XOXO
